4-Application forms computer generated/express entry online profile created

The company checks the customer’s Canada Immigration Application Forms. If the forms are complete, in the case of Business Class and Family Class applicants, the company generates the forms on the computer and sends them back to the customer by e-mail for approval and signature. In the case of Federal Skilled Worker Class/Federal Skilled Trades Class/Canadian Experience Class applicants, the company will generate the Express Entry Online profile of the applicant. In all cases where further information/clarifications are required from the Customer, the Customer will be notified by e-mail.

5-Send documents to our office

In the case of Business Class and Family Class applicants, the client sends all their documents and signed computer generated Canada Immigration Application Forms to the company by courier. The customer must also send the Canadian government fees to Abrams & Krochak at this time. Less the computer generated Canada Immigration Application Forms, the same applies to applicants from the Federal Skilled Worker Class/Federal Skilled Trades Class/Canadian Experience Class when invited by Citizenship and Immigration Canada to apply for permanent residence in Canada.

6-Legal arguments prepared

In the case of Business Class and Family Class applicants, if the customer’s documents are acceptable, the company will prepare detailed written legal arguments to accompany the customer’s Canada Immigration Application Package and will email the written legal arguments to the customer for the customer’s approval before the customer is included in the Canada Immigration Application Package.

7-Send your application package to Visa Office

In the case of Business Class and Family Class applicants, if the customer approves the written legal arguments, the customer’s entire Canada Immigration Application Package, including the written legal arguments, will be sent by courier to the Canadian Visa Authority for processing.

8-Receive confirmation

Canada’s visa office or processing centre will acknowledge receipt of the Canadian immigration application and may request additional documents.

9-Interview date/waiver notification

The Canadian office or processing centre requiring a visa will inform Abrams & Krochak about the date of the client’s interview or the waiver of an interview. Additional documents may also be requested at this time. If the interview is waived, the client must submit to Canada Immigration Medical Examination immediately (if they have not already done so, as is the case with family members). If an interview is required, the Canada Immigration Medical Examination client should undergo Canada Immigration Medical Examination approximately one (1) month prior to the interview.

10-Interview preparation

If an interview is required, abrams & Krochak’s interview preparation package is sent to the client by e-mail, containing sample interview questions.

11-Interview response analysis

If an interview is required, the client sends answers to Abrams & Krochak’s sample interview questions to the company for review and analysis.

12-Interview

If an interview is required, the client will take part in the interview with the Canadian visa authority.

13-Decision

A decision is made by the Canadian Visa Bureau or processing centre. If the decision is positive, the Canadian government’s right of permanent residence must be paid for and the customer will be required to submit their passport to the Canadian Immigrant Visa Bureau for the insertion of immigrant visas.

14-Closure

If the decision is positive, the passport is returned to the customer with the immigrant visa attached. The immigrant visa has an expiry date and the customer must arrive in Canada before the expiry date in order to be landed. Congratulations! When you arrive in Toronto, the customer is invited to visit the Abrams & Krochak office for a free processing consultation.
